Our Purchase Policy

• Our goal is to find the right program, instructor, location and time for our customers. Once all options have been attempted, refunds or partial refunds will be granted.
• Any lessons purchased from Silicon Valley Golf never expire.
• Purchased lessons can be converted to other preferred lesson types upon request.
• Any refund requests must be made within a 12 month period from the purchase date.
• Non-refundable transaction fees incurred by the Seller will be subtracted from any refunds issued to the Buyer.
